Upah app for iPhone and iPad

Founded and based in Singapore, upah is an interesting and first of its kind startup mobile service application that allows all its registered users (16 years and above) to reward aka "give upah" or be rewarded aka "take upah" for performing a task. The word “upah” is translated as “fee” in English or “sum payable for a person’s advice or services, or for privilege or instruction, etc” according to the Oxford Dictionaries. Users are able to “give upah" for any services that they may need help with which varies from buying food, help to shop, moving services and other services e.g. collecting items from Carousell sellers on behalf, collecting cupcakes from home seller who only offers self-collection etc. They are able to post the services needed which will be featured on the “upah feed” on the main page of the upah app. Users are able to "take upah" by accepting any tasks put up by other upah users (give upah) who needs help in performing a task on the app’s "upah feed". All registered upah users will be able to view the posted tasks via the “upah feed” and will have the option to accept to perform this task to earn extra income with the "upah" given. Interested users may negotiate the "upah" value in a bidding manner till both parties are satisfied before performing the job. Registered users are required to top up their “u-wallet” account by adding in money into the upah bank account which will then be credited in a form of upah credits known as “u-cash” into the users “u-wallet”. Users will not be able to accept any "give upah" transactions if their "u-wallet" has insufficient fund. Users can top up their “u-wallet” at their own convenience via Visa or Mastercard. Users are entitled to a single withdrawal from their “u-wallet” on every Friday and they should receive the payment in their bank account within 5 working days.
